Clinical Pharmacy Services (CPS) is provided by clinical pharmacists as members of the healthcare team. This beneficial for hospital care. Therefore, knowing nurses' perception CPS can determine quality and help in its improvement. study aims to pharmacy services at Universitas Sumatera Utara hospital, Medan, Indonesia. a descriptive that used Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The data were obtained interviews questionnaires 60 nurses from October-December 2021. Five are patient drug history, reconciliation, information services, recommendations intervention integrated medical record, sterile product dispensing. found have experienced five many 52-60 people (87%-100%).
